The FAST collar system provides superior buoyancy, unparalleled stability and maximum collision protection in a cutting edge, heavy duty package that allows your boat to operate in the toughest conditions of its class. Manufactured with industry leading equipment and techniques, polyurethane covered foam collars provide a light weight, stable, and seaworthy ride.
MATERIALS
We use the highest quality materials for our collar systems. Both our 40oz PVC and 40oz Polyurethane have excellent strength properties, UV and abrasion resistance. The foam in our collars is no typical foam, either. The EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam we use provides over 60lbs of flotation per cubic foot. It is extremely lightweight, absorbs virtually no water, is resistant to chemical and fuel exposure, resists impacts and has excellent shape memory.
Manufacturing
We use powerful CAD software to produce the collar shapes and generate patterns, then use our cutting-edge equipment to bring those digital patterns into a real product.
WELDING
We utilize the latest in welding technology, including RF and hot-air welders. Welding, as the name implies, uses heat to bond two layers of polyurethane together to form the strongest bond possible. With polyurethane, there is simply no stronger seam than a welded one.

Our Collars Are Safe
The tough outer layer of our collars are for UV protection and abrasion resistance. Inside the collars are multiple urethane air bladders are actually filled with 80% foam surrounded by a soft cushion of air.
Our Collars are User Friendly
Our collars are designed with usability in mind with a zipper that runs the entire length of the collar for easy access to each of the bladders. Pinhole leaks can be fixed and an entire bladder can be replaced by you.
